The college was first located in Union School located in Poland Village.</div> <bR> <div> Our students will be provided with intense training to enable them to pass the State of Ohio Medical Board Exam for licenser. To insure this outcome, we offer small classes (20 Student Maximum), individual attention, caring and qualified instructor's, advising, as well as cooperation and support among staff and students.</div> <bR> <div> YCM was approved by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools to offer an Occupational Associates Degree of Applied Science in Massotherapy on June 2004, and subsequently received approval from the Accrediting Commission of Career School and Colleges of Technology in August 2004.  The Occupational Associates Degree started in March 2005.</div> <bR> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>Mission</B></div> <div> 1. Prepare students for State Medical Board Licensing Exam.</div> <bR> <div> 2. Prepare students with the necessary skills for careers as professionals licensed Massotherapists who may enter into the work force as entry level massage therapists or who may manage a private practice.</div> <bR> <div> 3. Prepare students to perform massage procedure competently, ethically, and safely within the scope of Massotherapy.</div> <bR> <div> 4. Prepare students to use the most highly developed principles of massage to bring relief from suffering, encourage healing and maintain optimum health in the human body.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>Credentials</B></div> <bR> <div> First and largest Massotherapy school in the Mahoning Valley.</div> <bR> <div> Approved by the Ohio State Medical Board of Ohio.</div> <bR> <div> A Qualified School of Massage Instruction for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork test.</div> <bR> <div> Accredited by The Accrediting Commission of Career School and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).</div> <bR> <div> Approved by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools Registration #02-05-1638T.</div> <bR> <div> Financial Aid is available to those who qualify (Federal PELL Grant, and Direct Student Loans) School Code #032005.</div> <bR> <div> Approved for Tuition Assistance by:  GM Lordstown, Delphi, WCI Steel, Training of Veterans, and Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR).</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
